Care and Responsibility:
The customer will take full responsibility for the goods hired from Covers Events Hire. The customer will pay for any damages caused by the customers guests or by any person attending the venue
Payment Method:
Once you have accepted and signed our quote, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The final balance must be payed by bank deposit 7 days prior to your event. If payment is not made in accordance with these terms, Covers Event Hire reserves the right to cancel the event upon giving two working days notice in writing.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that from time to time events get cancelled or the date may need to be changed. Booking deposits are non-refundable, however a change in date can be negotiated if items are available to suit the date required.
If there is a cancellation due to Government enforced restrictions a full refund will be offered (i.e. Covid Lockdown)
